Stopped in to see what the new management had in store. I had heard this place was very good but had not been there in a long time. I ordered the katsudon and my friend had the spicy miso ramen. The katsudon was delicious and had plenty of meat. The sauce was spot on and plenty of rice. I took a third of it home for another snack. Fyi, I eat a lot of katsudon. My friend's ramen was also good size and he said very tasty. We were given a complimentary spicy edamame in recognition of the new management. Very clean and service was good. We will have the "boy's" luncheon here next month!

We have been here at least 5-10x in the last two years! It's our favorite Ramen place now. The service is always friendly, Consistent, and usually pretty fast. I tried something new tonight and I'm so happy I did. The spicy ground pork is sooooo good! I ordered the Kura-Goma TanTan Men, added egg and corn. Every broth base I've had is really flavorful. My husband always gets the Black Garlic Tonkatsu ramen and adds shiitakes. He loves it. Highly recommend! Their appetizers like gyoza and tempura are classically good as well.

Hidden gem! We came here on a Sunday afternoon on the whim after driving around looking at the Christmas lights. Greeted by the sweetest lady and felt taken care of. There weren't many people, but after waiting a bit. More people came in. It was honestly sweet seeing how the regulars and employees interacted. You could tell how much they loved and respected the place. I feel like most ramen shops don't have the hottest broth, but here, it came out hot and steaming, I loved it. Everything was cooked well and seasoned. The meat was so tender and the potato croquettes were so crispy and soft. I'll definitely be back.

Big portions at a very reasonable price. Chicken Katsu Curry was 5 stars! Tempura udon was 5 Stars. They used panko for batter. Not greasy. Age dashi tofu was served separately from the broth, so not do good. No stars. We will be back

So lucky to have a solid ramen spot in the neighborhood! It's not usually crowded, but don't let that deter you. Parking is also a breeze as the lot doesn't usually get too busy. My husband and I usually get the same thing and the quality is always consistent. We love the fried squid legs, black tonkotsu ramen, and black + red ramen. I've also tried the pork katsu curry and was stunned by the portion. Plenty to share or have for leftovers! Very quick service for the delicious meals. The handful of times we've ordered takeout were wonderful experiences as well. Highly recommend if you ever have a ramen craving!

Overall? This spot is easily one of the better ramen options in Sacramento. The ramen itself is fantastic, but the atmosphere could use some love. The interior felt a bit cramped and outdated, which took away from the experience. Service however was quick and attentive Parking lot? Yes I got: Spicy miso tonkotsu (5/5): It delivered. The broth was rich and flavorful, with just the right amount of spice, not overpowering, but bold enough to stand out. The meat was tender and packed with flavor. I did miss having an egg, which would have rounded things out perfectly. The veggies were fresh and crunchy, adding a nice balance to the dish. Overall, everything tasted freshly authentic

Got here on a Friday night arriving a few mins before 7pm with just m and my wife. There were a good amount of people already eating but we still got seated within 2 mins of arriving. The phone was ringing off the hook, and it was at that point I knew that I had chose a great place to eat. Avg size table seats 4 ppl and there are no booths here but they can connect multiple tables together to accommodate larger groups. Busy plaza with good amount of parking. Because of the dim lighting ambiance definitely feels more intimate . Service was quick, was able to order within 5 minutes. They have a very extensive menu with plenty of options to choose from. From udon, ramen, appetizers, donburri, curry plates, .... they have it all. Definitely operating with a small amount of staff but I felt like quality of food and service was not sacrificed. Prices here are a lot more reasonable than other ramen places. Wife got black and red ramen and I got the deluxe tan-tan men noodles. We also had takoyaki and fried squid tentacles. Noodles could've been cooked a bit longer but overall, the food was good, serving size was a generous. Soup could've had a little more depth but if you're looking for a ramen fix, this will definitely do the trick. Fried squid was decent but I've had better wish the batter was lighter, this was more on the breaded side. Takoyaki was delicious. I would come back here again to try other items.

I came for the ramen and realized they serve so much more than just ramen here. For this first visit I dined in and sat at a small table in the middle of the restaurant. They had a birthday party going on with about ten people and then a few other tables enjoying meals when I was there. The staff was very attentive and I had water right away and they checked in on me a few times while I looked over the menu. I was surprised by how many options they had. They had over thirty options for just ramen. They also have options for udon, donburi, chahan, fried noodles, curry, rice plates and cold noodles. I'll definitely need to come back to try more, but for this visit I ordered a Thai iced tea ($4.50) and the Spicy Chanpon Ramen ($15.95) that has a spicy pork broth, with pork, shrimp, scallops, fish cakes and veggies. The ramen came steaming hot and was a very generous portion. There were plenty of shrimp and while the scallops were tiny there were a good amount of them. I loved the fishcakes and the ingredients went so well with the spicy broth. The noodles were also a great texture. Next time I would order an egg with it, just because I really enjoy the boiled eggs with my ramen but it was still great even without it. I ended up bringing leftovers home. There's plenty of parking in the area and there are other businesses around that seemed busy too. I'll be back again for sure.
